What is concierge physical therapy?
Concierge physical therapy offers personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored to each patient's specific needs. Unlike traditional physical therapy, our approach ensures individualized attention and customized treatment plans for optimal recovery and results.
Do I need a referral to begin services?
No. A referral is not required to get started with services. In the state of Texas, a physical therapist can evaluate and treat for 30 calendar days without a referral. If services are expected to extend past 30 calendar days, ErgoLibra Solutions will reach out to your primary care provider and obtain a referral for you.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Our goal is to help you to find a unique self without limits, especially without limitations placed by insurance providers regarding the number of visits and when those visits can be made. As an out-of-network provider, there are no requirements to qualify for therapy, waitlists, prior authorizations, or session caps. All costs are known upfront; those unexpected bills months after rendered services won't happen here! We do not accept insurance; however, we can take HSA/FSA as payment. We will create a superbill or invoice upon request if you wish to submit for reimbursement through your insurance; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
What form of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. Credit cards, debit cards, checks, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you'll undergo a comprehensive evaluation by one of our skilled therapists. We'll discuss your medical history, current condition, and treatment goals. Based on this assessment, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and start your journey toward recovery and improved wellness.
How many appointments will I need?
The answer here is “it depends.” Our first step is discussing your goals with therapy, and together we will come up with a treatment plan that allows you to achieve those goals.
What is your service area?
One of the best things about concierge physical therapy is the ability to recover in the privacy of your own home. We offer in-house services within 10 miles of our location at no additional charge. Outside of the area? Just ask! In-home visits may be offered with a nominal travel fee.
